Annual Well Visits

Connor and Addie had their annual well visits last week. A little late as their birthday's are in March but we had a few scheduling conflicts. They were both excited to go and I think Doc McStuffins may have had something to do with it ;) They were even up for shots! They lucked out this year though. Neither of them had to get a single shot.

Connor's stats:

Height: 42.25 inches (30%)

Weight: 40 lbs (42%)

Blood Pressure: 92/64

Addie's stats:

Height: 34.88 inches (7%)

Weight: 28 lbs (21%)

Blood Pressure: 82/54

Before we went I told them I would treat them to Yogurtology afterwards, mostly to reward them after being so brave for their shots....that they didn't get! They may not have gotten shots but I couldn't go back on my promise plus they were really good for the doctor :)

Super Boat Grand Prix

We were in Cape Haze over the weekend. We got to visit with Grandma and Papa and also attend the Super Boat Grand Prix. This was a new event at Manasota Key this year, just off Englewood beach. 

Connor and Addie stayed with their grandparents while we attended the races on Sunday. Connor got another tennis lesson from H and did awesome! They also had fun dying eggs over the weekend and even had a mini egg hunt.

The races were fun and brought a big crowd to the beach. We went with our friends Jeremy and Danielle.

It was a short but fun weekend!

U-Pick Strawberries

We found an organic u-pick strawberry farm not to far from here and decided to check it out last weekend. It was a lot of fun and a great deal at only $1.50/quart!

The kids loved it and you can't beat fresh, organic strawberries. We picked 12 lbs for only $16! :)
